We present the list of short films that will be screened at the Singkuwento International Film Festival (SIFFMP) 2019. The festival will take place from February 15th – 22th at the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) in Intramuros, Manila, Philippines.
The organizers of the Pista Ng Pelikulang Pilipino announced that the festival will take place on September 11th – 17th, 2019 nationwide.
The Japan Foundation Asia Center in partnership with Cinema Centenario are calling for Experimental Shorts Films to be screened at an exhibition event later this year. The deadline is February 15th, 2019.
