About the festival:
The Nabunturan Independent Film Exhibition – NABIFILMEX is geared towards producing new and fresh cinematic works that will depict the stories of its local folks, will uncover the talents of local filmmakers from Nabunturan and the whole Compostela Valley Province.

Eligibility:
– The festival accepts films from Filipino filmmakers (even when they live abroad), foreign entries will be accepted but only for exhibition sections.
– Films should not exceed the 20-minute marl.
– Films should have been completed between August 1, 2021 to August 30, 2022.
– Entries will compete for the Gimadyawan Best Picture Award – P 10,000 cash prize.
– Entry Fee: FREE
