The CINEMANDIRIGMA Film Festival is accepting films until April 17, 2022. *This event is open to all aspirant Filipino filmmakers*

About the festival:
The CINEMANDIRIGMA is organized by the Silangan Film Circle (UE-SFC) a recognized university-wide student organization from the University of the East – Caloocan. Their objective is to serve as a laboratory for aspiring filmmakers of the university, created to enhance abilities and expand the knowledge of the members in the field of filmmaking. Their goal is to serve our immediate community by influencing a positive growth in filmmaking towards selfexpression and social change.

General Rules:
–  Submitted entries must be produced from January 2020 onwards.
– The festival has no theme and accepts any genre. It can also be in the form of narrative, documentary, or animation.
– Narrative or dialogues can be in any language or dialect provided that there will be an English subtitle.
– Film entries must be at least 5 minutes and not exceeding 15 minutes in total running time including the OBB (Opening Credits) and CBB (Closing Credits).
– Film entries can be in the format of .MP4, .AVI, .MOV or .MOS (HIGHEST RESOLUTION) in 1920×1080 frame size and 16:9 aspect ratio to be submitted through email.
– Film entries must have an official trailer (not more than 1 minute).
–  Must also have a corresponding poster in A2 (16.5 in x 23.4 in) size and must include the production name or logo, Cinemandirigma logo, and SFC logo.
–  A maximum of 200 words synopsis must also be provided.
– The following requirements shall be submitted alongside the actual short film.
– The short film, trailer, and poster shall be submitted through email at uecaloocansfc(at)gmail.com following the format for the subject title: (CINEMANDIRIGMA 8 – TITLE OF YOUR FILM (PRODUCTION TEAM).
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: April 17, 2022
