18th Indie-AniFest – Korea Independent Animation Film Festival – Call for Entry 2022

The Indie-AniFest – Korea Independent Animation Film Festival is accepting short animations until June 20 and feature animations until July 10, 2022. *Only for Asian productions*

About the festival:
Indie-AniFest (Korea Independent Animation Film Festival) organized by KIAFA, the Korean Independent Animation Filmmakers’ Association. Indie-AniFest presents spectacular independent animated films from Korea and Asia. The festival offers a diverse range of works and opportunities for filmmakers as well as a chance to interact with audiences. We strive for the values of independence, experimentation, passion, and vision by working together with independent animation directors.

General Rules:
– Films should be completed after August 2020.
– Films submitted previously to Indie-AniFest are not eligible.
– Works must be from Asian countries.
– The ASIA ROAD Category is for Asian short films (excluding Korea).
– The MIRINAE ROAD Category is for Asian feature films.
– If a film was produced by more than one country it must have at least one Asian country included.
– Non-English language films must have English subtitles or provide English scripts.
Submission Fee: FREE
Deadlines:
* ASIA ROAD – June 20, 2022
* MIRINAE ROAD – July 10, 2022
Notification Date: ASIA ROAD on July 4, 2022 and MIRINAE ROAD on August 1, 2022
