Will You Look at Me by Shuli Huang, Persona by Sujin Moon, and Sliver Cave by Caibei Cai were awarded at the DOK Leipzig – International Leipzig Festival for Documentary and Animated Film which took place from October 17 – 23, 2022.
Genki Kawamura won the Silver Shell for Best Director for his film “A Hundred Flowers”, Dong Yun Zhou and Wang Chao won the Jury Prize for Best Screenplay for “A Woman”, and On Either Side of the Pond directed by Parth Saurabh won the Kutxabank-New Directors Award. The San Sebastian International Film Festival (Spain) took place from September 16 – 24, 2022.
“Aberrance” by Baatar Batsukh won the Audacity Award, and “The Sound of Dreaming” by Kalani Gacon won a Special Mention at the Oldenburg Film Festival which took place from September 14 – 18, 2022 in Oldenburg, Germany.
