Dear Asian filmmakers, the International Film Festival of the Province of Buenos Aires (Argentina) is accepting films until June 1, 2026.

About the festival:
The FICPBA is an annual festival organized by the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires, through the Cultural Institute. The festival promises to be an unforgettable encounter for film lovers.

Eligibility:
– The festival accepts both feature and short films, from all kinds of genres (fiction, documentary, animation, and experimental.)
– Films MUST focus on the concepts of Identity and Diversity.
– Films must have been produced between 2024 and 2026.
– It is mandatory to submit, for pre-selection, and also if selected, a Spanish subtitled version of the film.
– Films or projects linked to any member of the organization, or the Selection Committee are not allowed to participate.
– Submissions through platforms with expiration dates such as WeTransfer are not accepted, nor are submissions from private storage services such as Dropbox or others.
– Once communicated by the FICPBA the selection of a film and its written confirmation by its representative, it cannot be withdrawn.
– The screening copy of the selected film must be delivered in DCP format
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: June 1, 2026
