  1. Dear sir / madam,
I am on my final editing on my short film for an entry but I would like to find out if I can submit an entry base on fictional film but related to climate change. A kind of story about a forest spirit who doesn’t like people polluting the sorrounding forest site that ends up those people doing so are been punished by forest spirit.

Thanks a lot and more power.
