6th GINMAKU Japanese Film Festival – Opening Film

Complicity directed by Kei Chikaura will be the opening film at the GINMAKU Japanese Film Festival which will take place from May 22nd – 27th (2019) in Zurich, Switzerland.

The 6th GINMAKU Japanese Film Festival will open their activities with the projection of “Complicity” and “Signature” (short films) both directed by Kei Chikaura. The Swiss Premiere of the films will take place on May 22nd (Wednesday) at the Cinema Riffraff (Neugasse 57 – 63, Zurich) at 18:15 pm. Both films will have two more screenings on May 25th and May 26th at the Cinema Houdini (Badenerstrasse 173). For more information about the schedule please see the last part of this article.

Cheng Liang, a young Chinese immigrant living in Japan, pretends to be someone else to start his new life in a traditional Japanese soba restaurant.
