19th Jeonju International Film Festival – Call for Entry 2018

The Jeonju International Film Festival is accepting international films for the next edition. Here you can find more information about their Call for Entry.

Launched in 2000 the Jeonjun International Film Festival (JIFF) is known to be a Mecca for Asian independent filmmakers. While you can find latest waves of Korean independent scene in Korean Film Competition, International Competition introduces new talents across the world and showing the potential of new cinematic aesthetics.

General Rules for International Competition:
– Entries must be the director’s first or second feature.
– Productions must be Asian Premiere.
– Productions must be over 60 minutes. Fiction, Documentaries, Animations and Experimental Films are accepted.
– English Subtitles are required for non-English language films.
– Submissions must be done via JIFF website.
Submission Fee: FREE
Deadline: January 31st, 2018 (18:00 pm | Korean Time)
