Yo (Love is a Rebellious Bird) directed by Anna Fitch and Banker White will open the EBS International Documentary Festival which will take place from August 24 – 30, 2026 in Seoul, South Korea

Anna spends a decade obsessively building a detailed 1/3-scale version of her friend’s house after losing her. It’s just big enough for Anna to squeeze through the door, and inside lives a puppet of her friend Yo. When the pair first met, Yo was 73 and Anna 24. It was a love at first sight friendship that defied age, time and death. (EIDF 2026)
