The Seoul Yeongdeungpo International Extreme-Short Image & Film Festival (Korea) is accepting short films until July 7, 2023

General Rules:
The aim of SESIFF is to make innovative visual culture everyone enjoying and imagining beyond just watch the movie. Cultural trends are changing rapidly as the speed of the changing world. In daily life, short video will provide the opportunity of imagine. We hope you enjoy the moment away from noises, advertisements and duties around us for a while.

Eligibility:
Extreme-short Competition
– Shorts completed after January 2022.
– Accepts any subject or genres.
– Running time should be less than 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
– Films that haven’t been submitted to SESIFF before.

Short Competition
– Shorts completed after January 2022.
– Accepts any subject or genres.
– Running time between 3 minutes and 30 seconds to 20 minutes.
– Films that haven’t been submitted to SESIFF before.

Korean New Generation
– Accepts any subject or genres.
– Running time less than 20 minutes.
– Films by a director who has no screening history at the SESIFF
– Premiere status must be World Premiere.

– Submissions can be made via ShortFilmDepot or FilmFreeway.
– Preview film must be the same version as the screening file to be screened at the festival.
– Preview film has to offer English subtitles if the dialogue is not in English.
– Submission Fees: FREE (submission platform may charge a fee)
– Deadlines: July 7, 2023
– Notification Dates: August 1, 2023
