We present the Asian films that will be screened at the 26th Fantasia International Film Festival, which will take place from July 14 until August 3, 2022 in Montreal, Canada.

Founded in 1996, Fantasia International Film Festival, is one of the largest and most influential genre film festival in North America. The festival screens both mainstream films and emerging artists, giving exposure to both locally and internationally audience.

This year the Fantasia will present more than a hundred Asian Films. There will be three special programs dedicated to Korean Animations, Japanese Anime (Deiji Meets Girl by Ushio Taizawa, A Girl Meets a Boy and a Robot by Shinichiro Watanabe and Summer Ghost by Loundraw), and Asian Horror and Macabre films from Bangladesh, Vietnam, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and China. Moreover, there will be a Masterclass about Spot-Motion Cinema with Kim Kangmin on July 26, 2022 (Tuesday) at York Amphitheatre 7:00 pm.
