Sardar Udham directed by Shoojit Sircar will open the Asian Film Festival Barcelona which will take place from October 26 until November 6, 2022.
Project Wolf Hunting by Kim Hong-sun, Leonor Will Never Die by Martika Ramirez Escobar, Flashback Before Death by Rii Ishihara & Hiroyuki Onogawa, and The Roundup by Lee Sang-yong were awarded at the Sitges Film Festival which took place from October 6 – 16, 2022.
Genki Kawamura won the Silver Shell for Best Director for his film “A Hundred Flowers”, Dong Yun Zhou and Wang Chao won the Jury Prize for Best Screenplay for “A Woman”, and On Either Side of the Pond directed by Parth Saurabh won the Kutxabank-New Directors Award. The San Sebastian International Film Festival (Spain) took place from September 16 – 24, 2022.
