
Dear Asian filmmakers, the International Film Festival and Forum on Human Rights (Switzerland) is accepting films until July 28, 2026.
About the festival:
The FIFDH has been a leading international festival dedicated to socially engaged cinema. Held annually in Geneva alongside the main session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, the Festival brings together filmmakers, activists, decision-makers, and diverse audiences to explore the major challenges of our time. Through films and forums, it shines a spotlight on pressing global issues and amplifies the voices of those defending human rights around the world.
Eligibility:
– The festival accepts documentaries or fictions films related to human rights and/or the environment.
– Films must have been completed between 1 January 2026 and 1 February 2027.
– Films must have a minimum duration of 52 minutes.
– Films must be Switzerland Premiere.
– Submissions must be made via Eventival.
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: July 28, 2026
