2nd What the Doc! International Documentary Film Festival – Call for Entry 2026

The What the Doc! International Documentary Film Festival (Thailand) is accepting documentary films until May 31, 2026.

About the festival:
The What the Doc! (WTD!) International Documentary Film Festival, organized by Documentary Club (Thailand), is dedicated to promoting and showcasing high-quality documentary films, making them more accessible to Thai audiences. The festival also provides a platform for dialogue, discussions, and other related creative activities.

Eligibility:
– Submissions are open to all forms of documentaries, including conventional, hybrid, and experimental works.
– The festival accepts both short (under 30 minutes) and feature documentary films (over 40 minutes).
– Eligible films must have been completed after 1 January 2024.
– Films must not have been previously screened in Thailand.
– Films must not have been previously released, screened, or made publicly available on any online platforms.
– All films in languages other than English must include English subtitles.
– Works in progress, including films currently in post-production or editing, will not be considered.
– Submissions must be made via FilmFreeway or Google Form.
Submission Fee: FREE
Deadline: May 31, 2026
Notification Date: June 15, 2026
