Dear Asian filmmakers, the International Film Festival for Human Rights Colombia is accepting films until April 15, 2026.

About the festival:
Since its foundation in 2013, FICDEH has established itself as the premier stage for the filmmaking community committed to life, memory, and dignity. They firmly believe that cinema is not merely a reflection of reality, but a tool for social transformation capable of crossing borders and healing the social fabric.

Eligibility:
– The festival seeks powerful narrative works that challenge traditional perspectives on justice and human rights.
– The festival accepts both short (under 30 minutes) and feature films (over 70 minutes).
– Films must have English subtitles.
– Submissions must be made via FilmFreeway.
