Dear Asian filmmakers, the FANTASPORTO Porto International Film Festival (Portugal) is accepting films until November 30, 2024.

About the festival:
The Festival main purpose is screening and promoting films of quality, both aesthetically and thematically, and to seek new forms and methods of filmmaking.

Note: This article will only contain information from sections/competitions where Asian filmmakers can apply.

Sections:
* Official Fantastic Cinema Section: for features and short films (under 15 minutes)
* Official Section Directors’ Week: for features films
* Official Oriental Express Section: for feature films produced by Asian filmmakers.

Eligibility:
– The festival is dedicated primarily to fantasy, science fiction, horror films.
– The festival accepts features (over 60 minutes) and short films (under 15 minutes).
– Films must have been produced in 2024.
– Films must be Portugal Premiere.
– The films that are not spoken in English must have burnet subtitles in English.
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: November 30, 2024
