I’m Not An Actor by Aditya Kripalani and Loop Line by Renuka Shahane will open the DC South Asian Film Festival which will take place from September 5 – 7, 2025 and online from September 8 – 30, 2025.
The Brightest Sun by Nakashima Tetsuya and Pavane for an Infant by Chong Keat-aun will open the Hong Kong International Film Festival which will take place from April 10 – 21, 2025.
“Dive” by Aldo Iuliano, “Cross My Heart and Hope to Die” by Sam Manacsa, and “My Mother’s Story” by Soyoung Kim and Minhee Jang will open the Busan International Short Film Festival, which will take place from April 25 – 30, 2024 in Busan, Korea.
YOLO directed by Jia Ling, and CItizen of a Kind directed by Park Young-ju will open the Far East Film Festival which will take place from April 24 until May 2, 2024 in Udine, Italy.
Five short films will open the San Diego Filipino Film Festival (USA) which will take place from October 13 – 18, 2022.
Four short films will open the Singapore Chinese Film Festival which will take place from April 29 until May 8, 2022 in Singapore.
