9th Korea International Ocean Film Festival – Opening Film 2023

Patrick and the Whale directed by Mark Fletcher will open the Korea International Ocean Film Festival which will take place from July 21 – 23, 2023 at the Amir Park in Yeongdo and the Busan Cinema Center Cinematheque.
