Confetti directed by Naoya Fujita will open the Skip City International D-Cinema Festival which will take place online from July 22 – 26, and in cinemas from July 15 – 23 in Kawaguchi City, Japan.
The Kyoto International Student Films & Video Festival is accepting films from students until July 21, 2023.
The Tokyo Anime Award Festival (Japan) is accepting short animations (under 30 minutes) until October 31st, and feature animations (over 60 minutes) until November 10th, 2023.
