The EBS International Documentary Festival (Korea) is accepting documentaries until May 8, 2026.

About the festival:
The festival has been established to promote the world’s best documentaries through a week-long programme of documentaries on EBS 1TV, online /mobile VOD service, and theatrical screenings. It seeks to provide an opportunity for the documentaries to communicate with their audience as well as to encourage young documentary filmmakers all around the world to produce new works.

Eligibility:
– The festival accepts entries of non-fiction film or video works.
– Documentaries should have been produced after August 2024.
– The festival accepts short documentaries (under 55 minutes) and feature documentaries (over 55 minutes).
– Films entered should not have been released commercially or broadcast in South Korea.
– Submitted films must have English subtitles.
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: May 8, 2026 (KST 6:00 pm)
