
Dear Asian filmmakers, the Out On Film – Atlanta’s LGBTQ Film Festival (USA) is accepting films until June 26, 2026.
About the festival:
Iceland’s major annual film event, the main purpose of RIFF is to offer a wide selection of groundbreaking, independent cinema, and to highlight the work of young and emerging filmmakers, by presenting only first and second works in the Grand Prix competition category New Visions. The objective of the festival is to increase general interest in independent cinema, increase the level of cinematic literacy and enrich film culture in Iceland by offering different cross-platform programs.
Eligibility:
– The festival accepts films about the LGBTQIA+ community, showcasing life’s diverse experiences.
– The festival accepts shorts (under 40 minutes) and feature films (over 40 minutes).
– The festival accepts fiction and documentary films.
– Films must have been completed after January 1, 2025.
– Films must have English subtitles.
– Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be submitted separately with its own submission form and entry fee.
– Submissions must be made via FilmFreeway.
