29th Kristiansand International Children’s Film Festival – Call for Entry 2026

Dear Asian filmmakers, the Kristiansand International Children’s Film Festival (Norway) is accepting films aimed at children and youth (age 3-19) until January 1, 2025.

About the festival:
Kristiansand International Children’s Film Festival (BFF) is Norway’s largest film festival aimed at children and youth (aged 3-19). The festival takes place in the towns of Kristiansand, Arendal and Farsund, located in the beautiful Southern part of Norway.

Eligibility:
– The festival accepts both shorts (under 30 minutes) and feature films (over 60 minutes) aimed at aimed at children and youth (aged 3-19).
– The festival accepts all kinds of films (fiction, documentary and animation).
– The official screening of the productions must after January 1, 2025.
– The festival prefers online or downloadable screeners for the submission.
– Films should have English subtitles.
– Submissions must be made via Filmchief.
Submission Fee: FREE
Deadlines: January 1, 2026
