The Sokcho International Food Film Festival (former Seoul International Food Film Festival) is accepting short films until August 31, 2025.

About the festival:
Since the first edition in 2015, the festival has been held in Seoul for nine years until 2023. It has established itself as a representative multi-sensory film festival in Korea through various programs and events, such as screening short and feature films from around the world centered on food, the Dining Cinema’ where audiences can enjoy films and food together, and ‘Delicious Talk’ and ‘Forums’ where filmmakers, audiences, and film and food experts gather for discussions.

Eligibility:
– The festival accepts films about food and related issues regardless of genre.
– This year the submitted films will be considered only for the non-competitive sections.
– Films should be completed after January 1st, 2023, not submitted to SIFFF previously.
– Films should be shorter than 40 minutes in length.
– Selected films will be screened in their original version. English subtitles are required for non-English and non-Korean language films.
– Submissions must be made via FilmFreeway.
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: August 31, 2025
– Notification Date: October 1, 2025
