
The Jeju International Drone Film Festival (Korea) is calling for drone films until July 11, 2025.
About the Festival:
The Jeju International Drone Film Festival (JDFF), hosted by JIBS and supervised by the Jeju International Drone Film Festival Organizing Committee, is the first drone film festival in Korea. For works from all over the world, outstanding works are selected and awarded in each of six categories (DroneTact in Cityspace, Landscape, Dronography, Genre, Drone Still Photography, Short Film).
Eligibility:
– Competitive section submissions are open to works worldwide, with no restrictions on when they were shot.
– Works submitted to previous JDFF are not eligible for re-submission.
– The total running time of the video must be no more than 5 minutes, with at least 50% of the footage shot using a drone.
– Entries must be shot only in locations where permission has been obtained in advance, and if it is discovered after the fact that the film was shot in an unauthorized area, the award may be canceled.
– Entrants must ensure that all content used in the production (music, text, narration, CG, etc.) is free of copyright issues and, if necessary, obtain official authorization and permission from the original copyright holders.
– Submissions must be made via the official website.
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: July 11, 2025 (11:59pm KST)
