Dear Asian filmmakers, the Seattle Asian American Film Festival (USA) is accepting short films from the USA Pacific Northwest until April 5, 2025.

About the festival:
Seattle Asian American Film Festival (SAAFF) is the a film festival that provides a space for pan-Asian American voices, perspectives, and histories told through multimedia arts in Seattle. Their volunteer-run organization empowers and uplifts Asian American creatives and builds community connections through their annual festival and other year-round events.

Eligibility:
–  The festival only accepts short films (under 30 minutes) from the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and British Columbia).
– Films must have a completion date of no earlier than 2022.
– Work-in-progress are not eligible for submission.
– The festival accepts films of all premiere statuses, including films that already have distribution and/or are available for streaming online.
– All non-English language films must have English subtitles or no dialogue.
– Entry fees will not be refunded.
– Submissions must be made via FilmFreeway.
