Echo to Delta directed by Patrick Boivin will open the Busan International Kids and Youth Film Festival which will take place from July 10 – 14, 2024 in Busan, Korea.

Etienne and his little brother David are really close and share everything, their room, toys and even imagination. One day when they play on the roof, an accident happens, and David mysteriously disappears. Etienne becomes conscious later, and thinks an alien took his brother. In order to find him Etienne seeks for help from his friends. It is a process for him to accept his loss and the way of mourning. This movie vividly describes his sadness and how much he misses his brother. (BIKY 2024)

About the director:
Heavily inspired by his beginnings in comics, Patrick Boivin has created several hundred short films, notably through his Youtube account which has amassed more than 420 million views. Self-taught, he made his mark as a director with <PHYLACTÈRE COLA>, a humorous series project that was highlighted with a Gémeaux award for direction. <ÉCHO à DELTA> is the third drama feature film that he has taken on as a one-man band.
