Dear Asian filmmakers, the DOCVILLE International Documentary Film Festival (Belgium) is accepting feature documentaries until December 6, 2024.
About the festival:
DOCVILLE, the largest documentary film festival in Belgium, has a strong focus on author driven documentary with special emphasis on the cinematic experience and cinematography.
*Note: This article will cover only sections or competitions where Asian filmmakers can apply.*
Eligibility (International Documentaries):
– The festival only accepts feature length documentaries (over 50 minutes).
– Documentaries must have been completed after January 1, 2024.
– Documentaries must be Belgium Premiere.
– Submitted films can’t be withdrawn from competitive section.
– Films must have English subtitles.
– Submission Fees and Deadlines:
– Notification Date: March 8, 2025
