The Hong Kong Kids International Film Festival is accepting Short Films until May 10, 2024.

About the festival:
Founded in 2017, KIFF aims to bring meaningful films from around the world to children and teenagers in Hong Kong. We believe that films are a powerful medium to enrich cultural learning and inspire young minds. KIFF’s vision is not only to encourage children to watch film on big screens, but also to learn to appreciate films from different cultures, which in turn will ignite their imagination, nurture their creativity, and broaden their minds.

Eligibility:
– There are no limits nor criteria for selection, nor themes or techniques.
– Films must be children and family friendly.
– All content submitted to us must be in English or with English subtitles.
– Short films must be between 10 – 15 minutes.
– Filmmakers are responsible for sorting out the copyright on their own materials.
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: May 10, 2024
– Notification Date: May 29, 2024
