Dear Asian filmmakers, the International Film Festival of the Province of Buenos Aires (Argentina) is accepting films until June 30, 2024.

About the festival:
The FICPBA is an annual festival organized by the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires, through the Cultural Institute. The festival promises to be an unforgettable encounter for film lovers. Last year, more than 200 films and shorts by Buenos Aires filmmakers were exhibited, national and international premieres.

Eligibility:
– The festival accepts both feature and short films, from all kind of genres (fiction, documentary, animation, and experimental.)
– Films MUST focus on the concepts of Identity and Diversity.
– Films must have been produced between 2022 and 2024.
– It is mandatory to submit, for pre-selection, and also if selected, a Spanish subtitled version of the film.
– Films or projects linked to any member of the organization or the Selection Committee are not allowed to participate.
– Submissions through platforms with expiration dates such as WeTransfer are not accepted, nor are submissions from private storage services such as Dropbox or others.
– Once communicated by the FICPBA 2nd Edition the selection of a film and its written confirmation by its representative, it cannot be withdrawn.
– The screening copy of the selected film must be delivered in DCP format
– Submission Fee: FREE
– Deadline: June 30, 2024
