The Pot-au-feu directed by Trần Anh Hùng will open the Seoul Food International Food Film Festival which will take place from October 11 – 19, 2023 in Seoul, Korea.

1885. Peerless cook Eugenie has worked for the famous gourmet Dodin for the last 20 years. As time went by, the practice of gastronomy and mutual admiration turned into a romantic relationship. Their association gives rise to dishes, one more delicious than the next, that confound even the world’s most illustrious chefs. About the director:
Trần Anh Hùng was born in 1962 in Danan, Vietnam. He is a director and writer, known for The Scent of Green Papaya (1993), Cyclo (1995) and Norwegian Wood (2010). and Xích lô (1995). He is married to actress Tran Nu Yên-Khê Tran. Member of jury at the Cannes Film Festival in 1996. With his latest film The Pot-au-feu, Tran Anh Hung won the Best Director Award at the 76th Cannes Film Festival. His other filmography includes I Come with the Rain (2009) and Eternity (2017).
